Blocks, sections, items, answers and questions can be fully tailored using micro and macro-tailoring. Tailoring can be used to compare dependencies or test them against a value. In addition to the logical operators NOT, AND, OR, the following equation operators are also available:

<> : is unequal to
=~ : matches with normal expression (according to Perl model), e.g. /^..1.$/
- Multiple users can access the admin center.

- Three auto-actions are available for each item: automail, autonext and autosave.
- Email text can be fully tailored according to personal preferences.
- To prevent result contamination, each item comes with a choice of whether the answer should be included in the results.
- Time registration is possible for each item so that it can be determined when an answer was given.
- Question and answer fields can be freely scaled and positioned in the interface.
- Text balloons can be indicated, filled in, positioned and scaled for each item.
- An .mp3 audio file can be linked to each item and section.
- Both the client and the admin center work with Firefox 1.3 to 2.0 and IE 5.5 to 7 web browsers on the PC and with Firefox 1.3 to 2.0 on the Apple.
- Additions with respect to questions, variables and functionalities can be developed on the basis of supplemental work.
