• What does Nettailor cost?

1. What can I use Nettailor for?You can use Nettailor to administer simple and very complex online studies, questionnaires,
monitors and surveys. Nettailor can also be used as an e-learning program or to provide online interventions. It is even possible to use Nettailor to create an online game.

2. Is Nettailor difficult to learn?No, Nettailor is not difficult to learn, but you can use it to create very complex studies and questionnaires that are completely tailored to the respondent. In a few easy steps, you can create a questionnaire or study. Then you can tailor the items and provide them to respondents who gave specific answers and, therefore, meet specific characteristics. You can also fully gear the contents of an item to the respondent. An item can then show different texts depending on the characteristics of the respondent. 3. Is there a Help function if I get stuck?Because all Nettailor users get an instruction session and because it is so easy to use, the chances that you will need the help file are very slim. Yet, despite this, Nettailor has a very extensive help function in which you can search for every aspect relating to the use of Nettailor. And if you are still struggling, our support staff are always happy to help you.

4. What types of questions can I use?
Within a questionnaire or study, you can use various types of question. Nettailor has a number of standard question types, but it is always possible to expand them with customised questions or items. You always receive a customised questionnaire or study.

Nettailor uses the following types of questions in questionnaires and studies:

- Radio buttons
- Check boxes
- Checklist (comma separated result)
- Drop-down
- Text area
- Text field
- Number field
- Date field
- Multi-text
- Multi-number
- Multi-input
- Multi-checkboxes
- Multi-radio (3 to 10)
- Multi-VAS (Visual Analogue Scales)
- Message
- Calculation (can be used to count, subtract, divide, etc. variables)

5. Do you also make customised question types?Yes. One of Nettailor's strongest features is its expandability. Nettailor can be custom-designed and expanded according to your wishes. For example, we can provide custom question types or, if necessary, apply randomisation based on a given answer.

6. Can I add new functions to Nettailor?Yes, in addition to the expansion of question types, other functions can also be developed, such as data export to an external database or an extra reminder function. The possibilities are endless, so let us know what you have in mind and we will come up with a suitable solution.

7. How can I download my research results?The Admin Center, which is where the questionnaires are managed, contains a 'Downloads' tab, in which you can indicate the period for which you would like to download the results of a specific questionnaire or study. The results file is a TAB-separated standard file that can be easily imported into PASW (the earlier version of SPSS) or Excel. If required, the results can also be downloaded as an .XML file or via a web service. 

 8. I would like to publish multiple questionnaires, which Nettailor can I use?For the publication of multiple questionnaires, each of which have their own unique URL, you would be advised to use Nettailor Lite. Nettailor Lite creates a unique URL for every questionnaire, which is used to access it. This URL can, for example, be incorporated into an email or published on a website or intranet.

 9. If I take out a subscription for Nettailor Lite, can my colleague use it as well?

Yes. A user account can be created for every user, enabling the relevant user to login to the Admin Center. Users cannot see one another's questionnaires in the Admin Center and cannot, therefore, alter them.

10. Can Nettailor be fully adapted to my organisation's house style or project style?

Yes, Nettailor Lite and Nettailor Extended can be fully adapted to fit your existing house style or project style. If you do not yet have a project style, we can help you to produce one. 

11. What does Nettailor cost?

The subscription costs for Nettailor Lite are €560 a month excluding VAT, for which you receive 2 hours of support and service per month in addition to a Nettailor Lite instance, thus enabling us to provide you and your colleagues with optimal support in your use of Nettailor Lite.
